As previously, all entries are on-line via the Sportsoft web site - www.race-results.co.uk - with no provision for entry on race-day. The initial 'bulk entry' portal closed on 26th September. Once entered, runners are registered for the season. Late entry / registration portals - access via fixture date on www.race-results.co.uk - for additional runners and guests, closes end of play on the Wednesday preceding each fixture. Late Entry costs £1 for Member Club runners and £5 for guests + a handling charge. Additional runners collect their bib number on race day from a League official. Special arrangements will be advised for the Sefton Park race which requires separate entry, payment and a different bib number.

NB   All runners, other than Under 11s, must be England Athletics registered for their club on the day they race. Clubs with 2nd claim runners need to ensure their 2nd claim status is registered with England Athletics. 2nd claim runners and Under 11s must be manually entered on the Sportsoft system. All entrants shall be deemed to have made himself/herself/themself familiar with, and agreed to be bound by the UKA Anti-Doping Rules and to submit to the authority of UK Anti-Doping in the application and enforcement of the Anti-Doping Rules. The UKA Anti-Doping Rules apply to entrants participating in the sport of Athletics, for 12 months from the date of entering the event whether or not the participant is a citizen of, or resident in, the UK.
