NB1. ** The Witton Park fixture is a joint fixture with the Red Rose League. Check course map for new course and Start times for this fixture only.

NB2   For the 2024/25 season, registrations / entries will again be entirely online and must be made in advance via the Sportsoft web site - www.race-results.co.uk  The online team manager portal will open for Race 1 on 26 August and will close Friday 27th September. to allow sufficient time to sort numbers in advance of race day. This portal allows team managers to bulk enter their runners at no cost. An initial Late Entry portal will open on 28th September and close on 9th October but team managers are urged to minimise the use of this. Special arrangements will be advised for the Sefton Park race. Thereafter, the Entry portal - access via fixture date on www.race-results.co.uk - for additional runners and guests closes end of play on the Wednesday preceding each fixture. Late Entry costs  £1 for Member Club members and £5 for guests + a handling charge. Additional runners collect their bib number on race day from a League official. Please note that there will be no facility for Member Club runners or guests to enter on race day.

NB3   All runners, other than Under 11s, must be England Athletics registered for their club on the day they race. Clubs with 2nd claim runners need to ensure their 2nd claim status is registered with England Athletics. 2nd claim runners and Under 11s must be manually entered on the Sportsoft system. All entrants shall be deemed to have made himself/herself/themself familiar with, and agreed to be bound by the UKA Anti-Doping Rules and to submit to the authority of UK Anti-Doping in the application and enforcement of the Anti-Doping Rules. The UKA Anti-Doping Rules apply to entrants participating in the sport of Athletics, for 12 months from the date of entering the event whether or not the participant is a citizen of, or resident in, the UK.
